Some believe that Estate Planning is only for the ultra-wealthy, but we disagree.  Estate Planning is the process of making sure Estate assets are maximized, used in a particular manner, and forwarded to the appropriate beneficiaries, while paying the smallest amount, if any, in state and federal estate taxes.  

There are basic estate planning tools which we believe  everyone should utilize.  They are not expensive to establish and may make it much easier in case of catastrophe, may resolve choices regarding medically sustaining life, and may avoid a legal process which depletes estate assets.
